Debra Anderson is a seasoned mortgage professional and Certified Financial Planner™ with over 20 years of experience helping clients achieve homeownership and financial security. With expertise in FHA, VA, and first-time homebuyer loans, she has held leadership roles at institutions like Wells Fargo and JP Morgan Chase, where she managed the La Mesa branch in San Diego.

A passionate advocate for financial literacy and affordable housing, Debra has served on the boards of the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority and Colorado Consumer Credit Counseling. She has also worked with organizations like Nationwide Retirement Solutions and TIAA-CREF, specializing in retirement planning and personalized financial solutions.

Debra volunteers with Jr. Achievement, teaching financial skills to students, and spreads joy through therapy dog visits at local hospitals. She’s committed to empowering clients with clarity, confidence, and a path to financial success.
